A
Visit Home…..
It seems like yesterday, you know one of those days
that you will remember for the rest of your life. Two years ago we packed our bags and hopped on a plane. It was not just any other day, it
wasn’t just another trip it was a journey and this journey would change our
lives forever. What we began 2 years
ago has been truly remarkable for our family.
We have been able to witness God working in
Swaziland in so many ways that we could not imagine. He has been so faithful to us during our journey here in
Swaziland. His provision and
presence has been unmistakable.
There are so many stories to tell that it is difficult to put them all
on paper (or blog for that matter).
That is why we feel like we need to come home…for a
visit. Our family is planning on
returning to the States toward the end of October. We are in the process of looking for airline tickets now and
we need your help. First and
foremost we would appreciate your prayers because it is quite expensive to fly
a family of four home. God has
provided for us in many ways and through many people and we know He will do the
same now. We fully trust Him and
His plan for our family as we prepare to travel home. As of now the airline tickets are running approximately
$1600 per person. We are so
thankful that one of our airline tickets has been donated so we need to raise
around $5000 to purchase our tickets.
If you would like to support our journey home please visit our blog site,
(www.theclyburns.myadventures.org) and
click the support me tab on the left side of the page. We believe in God’s math and know that
He can multiply and use anything so any amount is greatly appreciated.
While we are at home we would love the opportunity
to share the story of Swaziland with you.
If you are interested in having us share with your small group, bible
study, church, school, etc. please send Mark an email ([email protected])
and we will start scheduling times to speak.
As with every journey there is a beginning and an end
and we know that the journey God has us on is no different. The only thing we are confident in
right now is that we are exactly where God wants us to be and that our journey
in Swaziland will be continued…
In Him,
Mark and Allison Clyburn
